Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He was ordained in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves part of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous online publications and is a co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling: Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne is married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
