Melina Kanakaredes plays an American actor who is most well famous for her character of the role of detective Stella Bonasera in the CBS detective procedural drama CSI: NY Dr. Sydney Hansen on the NBC drama series Providence as well as The Dr. Lane Hunter on the medical drama The Resident. Her role was praised by critics as Eleni Anderson Cooper.
