Felicity is an English actress who gained fame for portraying Jane Hawking, the protagonist in The Theory of Everything. Jones has been in theatre, film and TV since she was 12 years old. Her career began with The TV movie The Treasure Seekers. In the following year she was on The Worst Witch as Ethel Hallow and Weirdsisters College. She played Young Ruth as her debut film Flashbacks of a Fool. Then, she appeared in various films. For instance, in The Invisible Woman & The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she was a star for her work. But it was her performance on The Theory of Everything' that won her an Oscar nomination the first time. Jones was highly praised by both critics and audiences because she played the character of Hawking's wife, in The Theory of Everything, a Stephen Hawking biopic. Inferno was the second film in which she appeared that starred Tom Hanks. Jones received her British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, because of her outstanding talent and contribution.
