Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011 and is best known for her character Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy television show. Tarlov was the first of two daughters who was born and raised by the parents of her mother in Manhattan. At the age of 10 she played the role of her role as Mrs. Peterson as part of an Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was highly acclaimed by an audience comprised of seventh graders. As she grew older she attended summer camps at Interlochen Center for the Arts and also in Paris studying with NYU's Tisch. Bennington College granted her a bachelor's degree in theater. The school she attended was The Atlantic Theater Company and could incorporate writing into her performance in the LAByrinth Theater Master Class. Molly swapped her winter coat with glasses in black, and set off to Los Angeles. Her parents were very impressed when she landed a role that required just three words on iCarly. She has since done several TV appearances, and also created the role of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman and Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family show Huge. Molly is a pretentious pretender to perform basketball with ease even though she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
